Pretty predictable plot line, but very entertaining! Love the mental connection between human and dragon, especially the snarky grumpy ones. 😂 Writing style is average. Love story was an overly used trope, and seemed to develop quite abruptly (definitely a guilty pleasure kind of enjoyment rather than a deep emotional connection / take me on a journey kind of enjoyment). Not my favorite way to build a romance, but good spice level.

Overall I enjoyed the story enough to start book 2 the same day!
