4.75 Stars! I really enjoyed this book from start to finish—it followed a similar structure to Phantasma (i.e. rounds of games and trials), but definitely still felt unique. And it was chalk full of my favorite tropes: Enemies to lovers, forced proximity, games and trials, he falls first, lost memories and bargains with a devil. 👌
4.25 Stars! Overall this is an easy, fun read with great spice. It definitely hit all the right notes for me, and I still think about it every now and then even months later. **SPOILER ALERT** Don't click to read the full review unless you've already read the book.
4.5 stars! This duology wraps up everything with a perfect little bow. I’m deducting .5 stars for predictability, but I definitely was pleasantly surprised with a few things I did not see coming in this one.
5 stars for a Young Adult novel. I flip flop between 4 and 4.5 stars for me.
