This was so fun. I did the graphic audio through Hoopla, which really brought the story to life. With all the 20-something heroines in fantasy stories these days, a middle-aged mom getting her time to shine was hilarious, entertaining, and empowering. And it was done in such a way that it acknowledges the potential cringiness of the situation without being entirely cheesy. Definitely suggest for any moms out there wanting a lighthearted escape.
