I honestly don’t even know how to review these books because there is so much in them. Sanderson’s writing is flawless. There are always moments of just about every kind—of humor, deep internal thought as characters become who they are meant to be, major world building plot development, and that just scratches the surface. These are books where it is clear that every word on the page is intentional.

It is exhausting at times, but so rewarding to enter this world.

Rhythm of War might be my favorite of the series so far. I especially connected with Shallan and Navani in this book. Kaladin was Kaladin, and Adolin is still probably my favorite character.
